{"id":487,"date":"2014-08-07T14:29:28","date_gmt":"2014-08-07T14:29:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rarom.ro\/?p=487"},"modified":"2023-07-17T15:30:46","modified_gmt":"2023-07-17T12:30:46","slug":"rezultatele-actiunii-speciale-din-6-august-2014","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rarom.ro\/?p=487","title":{"rendered":"Rezultatele ac\u021biunii speciale din 6 august 2014"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\"><i>Inspectorii Registrului Auto Rom\u00e2n au verificat tehnic \u00een trafic, la nivel na\u0163ional, \u00eentr-o ac\u0163iune special\u0103 desf\u0103\u015furat\u0103 pe 6 august 2014, nu mai pu\u0163in de 398 de vehicule \u00een regim de taxi \u015fi \u015fcoal\u0103 auto.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s2\">Din totalul vehiculelor <\/span><span class=\"s3\"><b>inspectate \u00een trafic<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><b>,<\/b> <b>45,73% au fost g\u0103site neconforme.<\/b> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s2\">33,67 procente erau neconforme din punct de vedere al securit\u0103\u0163ii rutiere iar, dintre acestea, <b>2,76% prezentau pericol iminent de accidente.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s2\">Din punct de vedere al emisiilor poluante 8,79% dintre vehicule aveau probleme, \u00een timp ce doar 1,51 procente au fost g\u0103site neconforme din punct de vedere al identific\u0103rii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s2\">\u00cen privin\u0163a efectu\u0103rii ITP, 1,76% prezentau documentul expirat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s2\">Starea precar\u0103 a anvelopelor, dep\u0103\u015firea normelor acceptate de emisii poluante \u015fi defec\u0163iuni la dispozitivele de iluminare sunt doar c\u00e2teva dintre neregulile constatate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s2\">Directorul General al Registrului Auto Rom\u00e2n, George-Adrian Dinc\u0103 men\u0163ioneaz\u0103 c\u0103, \u00een func\u0163ie de neregulile constatate de inspectorii RAR, Poli\u0163ia Rutier\u0103 a re\u0163inut 117 certificate de \u00eenmatriculare \u015fi un permis de conducere \u015fi a aplicat 147 de sanc\u0163iuni contraven\u0163ionale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s2\"><b>Rezultatele controalelor desf\u0103\u015furate \u00een trafic nu reflect\u0103 starea general\u0103 a parcului auto din Rom\u00e2nia, deoarece echipajele mixte R.A.R. &#8211; Poli\u0163ie opresc pentru verificare doar acele vehicule care sunt susceptibile de a avea defec\u0163iuni.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s2\">Parcul auto na\u0163ional are \u00een momentul de fa\u0163\u0103 aproximativ 5.700.000 de vehicule dintre care 4.485.000 sunt autoturisme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right; font-size: 13px;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Inspectorii Registrului Auto Rom\u00e2n au verificat tehnic \u00een trafic, la nivel na\u0163ional, \u00eentr-o ac\u0163iune special\u0103 desf\u0103\u015furat\u0103 pe 6 august 2014, nu mai pu\u0163in de 398 de vehicule \u00een regim de taxi \u015fi \u015fcoal\u0103 auto.
