{"id":14818,"date":"2023-03-13T10:21:49","date_gmt":"2023-03-13T08:21:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rarom.ro\/?p=14818"},"modified":"2023-07-17T10:35:17","modified_gmt":"2023-07-17T07:35:17","slug":"rezultatele-actiunilor-de-control-tehnic-in-trafic-efectuate-de-registrul-auto-roman-in-anul-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rarom.ro\/?p=14818","title":{"rendered":"Rezultatele ac\u021biunilor de control tehnic \u00een trafic efectuate de\u00a0Registrul Auto Rom\u00e2n \u00een anul 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rarom.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/17.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-14819\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rarom.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/17.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"730\" height=\"375\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rarom.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/17.jpg 730w, https:\/\/www.rarom.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/17-300x154.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 730px) 100vw, 730px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen anul 2022, Registrul Auto Rom\u00e2n a verificat \u00een trafic, din punct de vedere tehnic, 76.440 de vehicule la nivelul \u00eentregii \u021b\u0103ri. \u00cen urma controalelor, inspectorii RAR au constatat c\u0103 45,04% dintre acestea aveau deficien\u021be tehnice majore \u0219i\/sau periculoase, motiv pentru care au fost declarate neconforme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cele mai multe neconformit\u0103\u021bi au fost constatate la:<br \/>\n\u2022 instala\u021bia electric\u0103 de iluminare-semnalizare (27,62%);<br \/>\n\u2022 emisiile poluante (22,65%);<br \/>\n\u2022 pun\u021bi, jante, anvelope \u0219i suspensie (13,86%);<br \/>\n\u2022 vizibilitate (12,6%)<br \/>\n\u2022 \u0219asiu \u0219i elemente ata\u0219ate \u0219asiului (11,85%).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Neconformit\u0103\u021bi la sistemul de fr\u00e2nare au fost depistate la 5,71% dintre vehiculele controlate \u015fi \u00een 1,75% din cazuri au fost constatate probleme la sistemul de direc\u0163ie. \u00cen urma verific\u0103rilor s-au identificat deficien\u021be din sfera polu\u0103rii la aproximativ 6.000 de vehicule (7,86%) dintre cele controlate. Inspectorii RAR au depistat \u00een trafic \u015fi vehicule cu defec\u021biuni periculoase la sistemele de fr\u00e2nare, direc\u0163ie sau la pun\u0163i \u0219i fuzete. Astfel, inspectorii RAR au considerat c\u0103 5.262 de vehicule prezentau pericol iminent de accident.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aproximativ 3% dintre vehiculele verificate prezentau probleme legate de dovada efectu\u0103rii inspec\u021biei tehnice periodice &#8211; ITP fals, expirat sau anulat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen urma controalelor mixte desf\u0103\u015furate de RAR \u015fi Poli\u0163ia Rutier\u0103, pe parcursul anului 2022, <strong>au fost aplicate 25.690 de sanc\u021biuni, au fost retrase 21.854 de certificate de \u00eenmatriculare, au fost imobilizate 264 de vehicule \u0219i 408 ITP-uri au fost anulate.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">***<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00cen Bucure\u0219ti \u0219i jude\u021bul Ilfov<\/strong> au fost verificate, \u00een perioada men\u021bionat\u0103, 4.887 de vehicule. Dintre acestea, 78,6% prezentau diferite neconformit\u0103\u021bi tehnice sau legate de acte \u0219i 1.200 (24,56%) prezentau pericol iminent de accident. Din totalul autovehiculelor oprite, \u00een 18,93% din cazuri s-au constatat deficien\u021be din sfera polu\u0103rii, 11,58% aveau probleme legate de identificare \u0219i 4,89% aveau ITP fals, expirat sau anulat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen urma controalelor mixte desf\u0103\u0219urate de RAR \u0219i Poli\u021bia Rutier\u0103, \u00een aceast\u0103 regiune <strong>au fost aplicate 3.571 de amenzi contraven\u021bionale \u0219i au fost retrase 3.207 certificate de \u00eenmatriculare.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cen situa\u021bia \u00een care una dintre m\u0103surile luate a fost re\u021binerea certificatului de \u00eenmatriculare, acesta poate fi redob\u00e2ndit numai dup\u0103 efectuarea unei inspec\u021bii tehnice specifice la reprezentan\u021bele RAR din \u021bar\u0103.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Atragem aten\u021bia c\u0103 rezultatele controalelor desf\u0103\u0219urate \u00een trafic NU reflect\u0103 starea general\u0103 a parcului auto din Rom\u00e2nia, deoarece echipajele mixte RAR-Poli\u021bie opresc pentru verificare doar acele vehicule care sunt susceptibile de
