Ioan \u0162ig\u0103na\u015f. Inginerul \u0162ig\u0103na\u015f a fost \u015feful laboratorului auto al unui important institut de cercetare \u015fi proiectare. \u00cen acel timp, activitatea institu\u0163iei se desf\u0103\u015fura \u00een bar\u0103ci \u015fi laboratoare. Acestea erau \u00eemp\u0103r\u0163ite \u00een containere care se aflau pe terenuri \u00eenchiriate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rarom.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FB8_1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"247\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rarom.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FB8_1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-503\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rarom.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FB8_1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.rarom.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FB8_1-300x148.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea , activitatea Registrului Auto Rom\u00e2n a fost \u00eenceputa cu c\u00e2teva zeci de angaja\u0163i \u015fi, \u00een timp, \u00een urma dezvolt\u0103rii fire\u015fti, s-a ajuns la circa 1.600 de salaria\u0163i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apari\u0163ia Registrului a \u00eensemnat, \u00eenainte de toate, adaptarea la noile tendin\u0163e ale vremurilor din punct de vedere al siguran\u0163ei \u00een trafic. RAR s-a dovedit \u00een scurt timp a fi un organism indispensabil at\u00e2t pentru autorit\u0103\u0163i, care aveau nevoie de un control tehnic asupra autoturismelor, dar mai ales pentru persoanele cu permis de conducere care au avut \u015fi au oportunitatea \u015fi obligativitatea s\u0103 se asigure c\u0103 ma\u015finile lor sunt sigure \u00een trafic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rarom.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rarom.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2381\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rarom.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/2.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.rarom.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/2-300x150.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Totul a pornit de la eliberarea CIV \u0219i omolog\u0103ri \u0219i a continuat cu inspec\u0163ia tehnic\u0103. Treptat, au fost introduse activit\u0103\u0163i noi cum ar fi omolog\u0103ri \u015fi certific\u0103ri de componente \u015fi echipamente auto, certificarea sistemelor de management al calit\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi autorizarea sta\u0163iilor de inspec\u0163ie tehnic\u0103 periodic\u0103. S-a pus accent \u015fi pe clasificarea autocarelor. Mai apoi s-a \u00eenceput \u015fi certificarea autenticit\u0103\u0163ii vehiculelor rutiere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru c\u0103 misiunea RAR era extrem de important\u0103, laboratoarele \u015fi halele de inspec\u0163ie au fost echipate cu aparatur\u0103 de ultim\u0103 genera\u0163ie. Asta a presupus un efort financiar considerabil, institu\u0163ia fiind nevoit\u0103 s\u0103 se \u00eemprumute la b\u0103nci \u015fi s\u0103 atrag\u0103 finan\u0163are prin proiecte europene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rarom.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/11.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"730\" height=\"431\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rarom.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/11.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14878\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rarom.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/11.jpg 730w, https:\/\/www.rarom.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/11-300x177.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 730px) 100vw, 730px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Importan\u0163a institu\u0163iei a fost \u00een\u0163eleas\u0103 pe parcursul timpului c\u00e2nd statul a con\u015ftientizat c\u0103 \u00een Rom\u00e2nia este nevoie de reguli care s\u0103 asigure \u00eembunat\u0103\u0163irea siguran\u0163ei rutiere \u015fi protec\u0163ia mediulu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De-a lungul timpului Registrul Auto Rom\u00e2n \u015fi-a dovedit func\u0163ionalitatea, mai ales dup\u0103 aderarea \u0163\u0103rii noastre la Uniunea European\u0103, unde s-a integrat rapid \u00een familia autorit\u0103\u0163ilor de omologare \u015fi a serviciilor tehnice din spa\u0163iul euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cembunat\u0103\u0163irile aduse reprezentan\u0163elor Registrului Auto Rom\u00e2n \u00een laboratoarele de m\u0103surare a emisiilor poluante a clasat Rom\u00e2nia printre primele locuri din sud-estul Europei \u00een<br>privin\u0163a calit\u0103\u0163ii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Registrul Auto Rom\u00e2n este organismul tehnic specializat al MINISTERULUI TRANSPORTURILOR \u0218I INFRASTRUCTURII \u00een domeniul vehiculelor rutiere \u015fi activit\u0103\u0163ilor conexe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un obiectiv important \u00eel reprezint\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u0163irea mediului concuren\u0163ial, prin cre\u015fterea calit\u0103\u0163ii activit\u0103\u0163ilor de autorizare \u015fi de verificare a operatorilor economici din domeniu, simplificarea procedurilor administrative aplicate \u00een activitatea Registrului Auto Rom\u00e2n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rarom.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/25.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"730\" height=\"431\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rarom.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/25.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14835\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rarom.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/25.jpg 730w, https:\/\/www.rarom.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/25-300x177.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 730px) 100vw, 730px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea, este vizat\u0103 cre\u015fterea calit\u0103\u0163ii serviciilor \u015fi a \u00eencrederii clien\u0163ilor no\u015ftri, acestea reprezent\u00e2nd principalele repere pentru perioada urm\u0103toare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Registrul Auto Rom\u00e2n va r\u0103spunde cu acela\u015fi profesionalism provoc\u0103rilor viitoare, beneficiind de sprijinul Ministerului Transporturilor \u015fi Infrastructurii \u015fi de aportul tuturor angaja\u0163ilor, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 aceea\u015fi institu\u0163ie competent\u0103 \u015fi recunoscut\u0103 pe plan na\u0163ional \u015fi interna\u0163ional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Atribu\u0163ii R.A.R &#8211; R.A.<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<hr>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen conformitate cu legisla\u0163ia \u00een vigoare Registrul Auto Rom\u00e2n are urm\u0103toarele atribu\u0163ii principale:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>acordarea omolog\u0103rilor de tip na\u0163ionale pentru vehiculele rutiere, sistemele, componentele \u015fi entit\u0103\u0163ile tehnice separate ale acestora<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>acordarea certificatelor de conformitate pentru sisteme, componente \u015fi entit\u0103\u0163i tehnice separate ale vehiculelor rutiere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>acordarea omolog\u0103rilor individuale pentru vehiculele rutiere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>efectuarea inspec\u0163iei tehnice periodice pentru anumite categorii de autovehicule<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>autorizarea sta\u0163iilor de inspec\u0163ie tehnic\u0103 \u015fi controlul activit\u0103\u0163ii de inspec\u0163ii tehnice periodice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>transpunerea acquis-ului comunitar referitor la vehicule rutiere (cap.1 &#8211; Libera circula\u0163ie a m\u0103rfurilor) \u015fi la inspec\u0163iile tehnice periodice (cap.9 &#8211; Politici de transport)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>autorizarea atelierelor care efectueaz\u0103 lucr\u0103rile de montaj, reparare \u015fi verificare a vehiculelor \u015fi componentelor acestora<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>certificarea sistemului de management al calit\u0103\u0163ii<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>participarea la lucr\u0103rile Forumului Mondial pentru Armonizarea Reglement\u0103rilor Vehiculelor (WP 29) a Comisiei Economice pentru Europa a ONU<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conducerea RAR &#8211;
