<\/strong>Identification of applicant and products, applicant declaration, establishment of nominated person for the relationship with PCD, official notification to RAR regarding the authorization intention.<\/p>\n

Form\/document purpose:
<\/strong>Self-assessment of technical capability and quality management requirements in order to authorize packers.<\/p>\n

Additional information:
<\/strong>Complete by hand and tick the options applicable to the company.<\/p>\n

Requires registration: <\/strong>NO<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

The forms are printed on the printer, filled in and then sent by fax to no. +4-021-350 82 88 or they are scanned and sent by e-mail to the address<\/span> dcp@rarom.ro<\/a>, together with the other documents specified in the List of documents requested for authorization.<\/span><\/p>\n

The completed forms can also be brought in person to the PCD offices.<\/span><\/p>\n
