Registrul Auto Rom\u00e2n (Romanian Automotive Register) – the Management Systems Certification Body (hereinafter referred to as RAR-OCS) carries out its activity in compliance with Government Resolution no. 768\/1991, amended and supplemented by Government Resolution no. 650\/1994 and republished.<\/p>\n

RAR-OCS ACTIVITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. The CERTIFICATION\/REGISTRATION<\/strong> of the quality management system based on standard ISO 9001 for the supply of products and services from the industries regarding car, machines, devices, facilities, equipment, apparatus, tools, machinery and components thereof production as well as related activities (transport, sale, maintenance, repairs, recycling, storage and communications).<\/p>\n

2. THE LICENSING:<\/strong><\/p>\n

a) of the economic operators which carry on activities of repairs, adjustment, constructive changes and reconstruction of road vehicles as well as the dismemberment of the decommissioned vehicles (car service shops), in compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Transports, Constructions and Tourism RNTR-9 – approved by the order of the Minister of transports, constructions and tourism no. 2131 of December 8th 2005.<\/p>\n

b) of the economic operators which carry on the mounting, technical inspections and repairing of the LPG engines supply, in compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Transports, Constructions and Tourism RNTR-6 – approved by the order of the Minister of Transport no. 229\/08.09.2003;<\/p>\n

c) of the stations for the periodical technical inspection (SPTI), in compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Transports, Constructions and Tourism RNTR-1 – approved by the order of the Minister of transports, constructions and tourism no. 2133 of December 8th 2005.<\/p>\n

d) of the economic operators which check, mount and\/or repair tachometers and speed limiters -in compliance with Order 1366\/577 of 2005 (former RNTR 8)<\/p>\n

– List of the certified bodies<\/a>
– List of the Stations for the Periodical Technical Inspection of road vehicles (SPTI)<\/a>
– The list of the shops which perform repairing and\/or adjustment services for road vehicles<\/a>
(car service unit)
– List of the shops authorized for the performance of body and chassis changes <\/a>
– List of the shops which perform mounting\/inspection\/repairing services for the liquefied petroleum gas supply facilities (LPG)<\/a>
– List of the economic operators which check, mount and\/or repair tachometers and speed limiters<\/a>
– List of the economic operators which dismember decommissioned cars
<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n
